| Extremely satisfied with everything! Sales staff Jen was very efficient & prompt in replying. He is also very patient spent almost 2 hours from choosing to paying. Bought bed, mattress, dining table, sofa, etc etc. We went to a few furniture stores in JB, manage to find what we wanted at Teck Seng, designs were more up to date with extremely competitive price. Items were transported into Singapore promptly and beautifully, everything is in good condition! Delivery people were very helpful!! Love all our new furniture at a fraction of the cost!!! |

Bought all furniture here for my new apartment and the quality was awesome and above our expectation with the reasonable price and package~~ and the service was good with clear explanation. Punctual delivery. The sales person try their best to meet customer request as the stock I choose was actually out of stock but they still able to make it and deliver before the day I move in.
We make second purchase while we making payment for the first purchase. Will deal again "if" my apartment still have space to squeeze in their furniture. |
